today's training not very good...
coz got casualty
toink and chee liang go to treat the casualty
theefore...
the others means chia jene,me, sinyi and zi jean...
we train marching and ke belakang pusing only...
train very little...
so....
not very good lo...
tomolo...
dun know got comitee meeting or not...
although got i also won go...
coz they all so much ppl...
no need me one la...
